What one ExiTide serving is, and why the serving size decides everything
Every figure on a Supplement Facts panel is per serving, and a serving is not always one capsule. Here it is: one capsule, 30 servings, 30 capsules in the bottle. Those three numbers agree, which means the panel amounts are also the daily amounts and no arithmetic is needed to work out what a day gives you.
On a panel whose serving is three capsules, the printed figures are spread across all three, and a bottle of 60 lasts twenty days rather than sixty. Checking the servings count against the capsule count — the two numbers that have to agree — is the fastest way to tell which kind of panel you are holding.
So on this one, 25 mg of riboflavin is 25 mg a day, 100 mg of cinnamon bark extract is 100 mg a day, and 1 billion CFU is 1 billion CFU a day — which is the figure that matters for a live culture, since a probiotic is defined by the amount administered (the ISAPP consensus statement on what a probiotic is). A standardisation names a compound and a percentage, so the milligrams carry through. A ratio cannot be converted that way: 4:1 and 10:1 describe how much plant went in, not what came out of it.
Prickly pear and cinnamon bark give a ratio instead, so the honest translation for those two is plant equivalence: 100 mg of a 4:1 extract stands behind about 400 mg of cactus pear, and 100 mg of a 10:1 bark extract behind about a gram of bark.
About a gram of bark is the fair way to put it. Equals a gram of cinnamon is not — a concentrate has a different composition from the material it was made from, and a percentage of one compound does not travel to all the others.

Why only one row on the ExiTide panel has a percentage
A percentage of the Daily Value can only be printed where a Daily Value exists, and that is true of vitamins and minerals rather than of botanicals. Riboflavin is the only vitamin here, which is why it is the only row carrying one.
The dagger beside the other ten is the panel saying that no Daily Value has been established for them, which is a statement about the regulation rather than about the ingredient.
The riboflavin row prints 25 mg as 1,470% of the Daily Value. The recommended intake behind the vitamin is 1.3 mg a day for men and 1.1 mg for women aged 19 to 50, and the Food and Nutrition Board has set no tolerable upper intake level for riboflavin at all — no adverse effects have been reported even at 400 mg a day for three months (the NIH fact sheet on riboflavin).
That is a consequence of how the vitamin behaves. It is water soluble and not stored, absorption from one dose tails off above roughly 27 mg, and what the body does not use leaves in the urine. MedlinePlus on riboflavin puts the safety end of it plainly: there is no known poisoning from riboflavin.
The other ingredients on the ExiTide label, and what each one does
Hypromellose
The capsule shell itself, a film made from plant cellulose. It is why the vegetarian seal on the artwork is consistent with the label: there is no gelatin in this capsule.
Rice flour
A bulking agent. Eleven ingredients weighing under half a gram between them cannot fill a capsule on their own, so a neutral flour makes up the volume and keeps the fill weight consistent.
Silicon dioxide
An anti-caking agent. A very fine powder that keeps a blend flowing rather than clumping, which is what lets eleven ingredients be mixed evenly before the capsules are filled.
Magnesium stearate
A lubricant, used in fractions of a percent, that stops powder sticking to the filling machinery. It is one of the most common excipients in the industry.
None of the four is an active ingredient and none carries an amount, which is the ordinary convention for an other-ingredients line: they are listed in descending order of weight and left unquantified. They are also the four names to check if you avoid a particular excipient, because they are the whole of what is in the capsule besides the eleven.
